Hi, I am Dr. Adriana Barrera. I work in Torrance, California. I've been practicing dentistry for almost 20 years.

My main problem was communicating with patients and also treatment acceptance. Also I knew I needed more experience managing my office.

The communication course helped me a lot communicating with my patients and my staff but also in my personal life. As part of the executive program, I took the course, “Overcoming the Stresses of Work and Life.” The next course I took was “Winning in the Game of Life,” which has helped me to detect situations that are not normal and take immediate action. I just started to use my statistics and compare with the previous months and it has worked really well. I am actually pretty new with the program, but I'm already seeing results.
